Dosage

One pill (17g) each time. To be taken with lukewarm water at night before sleep, once in every 3 days. Can be consumed when steamed with meat or chicken. If symptoms persist, please consult a doctor.

Note: Not to be taken when having a cold, diarrhoea or fever. Do not exceed the stated dose.
